Thank you Adam! There are far too many colonials, calling them selves journalists hiding behind paywalls, who for some reason think they can speak for/to First Nations communities without the history of being part of the community, sitting in parliament or at the negotiation table. Your input must be shared, everywhere.

I think far too often people are afraid to be creative. I love the concept of bringing imagination into all of this.

There is such a fear (and I agree with you that it is being stoked by litigation) that folk who have title in fee simple are going to ‘have our land stolen from us’…

It’s just ridiculous, however, without education and clarification, I believe that fear is likely to shape the dialogue in ways that will be very destructive to the perception of indigenous rights.
